Refund Policy

Overview
At Fly Global Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be as fair as possible while reflecting the cancellation charges imposed on us by airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation costs.
Cancellation by the Traveller
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@flyglobaltours.com. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written request. The following cancellation fees apply based on days before departure:

| 30 – 44 days | 50% of total booking value |
| 15 – 29 days | 75% of total booking value |
| Less than 15 days | 100% of total booking value (no refund) |
Note: Certain bookings — particularly non-refundable airfares, peak-season hotel rates, and group reservations — may be subject to stricter cancellation terms. These will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.
Non-Refundable Components
The following components are non-refundable once booked, regardless of when the cancellation is made:
- —Non-refundable airline tickets (as specified by the airline)
- —Visa and government processing fees
- —Travel insurance premiums
- —Deposits paid for cruises, exclusive charters, and private villa rentals
- —Any service marked as 'non-refundable' at the time of booking
Cancellation by Fly Global Tours
In the rare event that Fly Global Tours must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, minimum group size not met, natural disaster, government travel advisories, etc.), we will offer you: • A full credit note valid for 24 months for a future booking, or • A full refund of all recoverable payments made to suppliers. Fly Global Tours is not responsible for any consequential losses (e.g., non-refundable connecting flights, visa fees, or accommodation booked independently) arising from a cancellation initiated by us.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. International transfer fees, if any, are deducted from the refund amount. Fly Global Tours is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
No-Shows
If you fail to appear for any booked service without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued. This applies to flights, hotel check-ins, transfers, tours, and all other services included in your booking.
Trip Interruption
If you must cut your trip short after it has commenced, refunds for unused services are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual suppliers involved and are not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip interruption.
