Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making any booking with Fly Global Tours. These terms outline the agreement between you and Fly Global Tours regarding all travel services we provide.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with Fly Global Tours — whether online, by phone, or through a sales representative — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you accept these terms on their behalf as well.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Fly Global Tours and the required deposit or full payment. Verbal agreements or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. Fly Global Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. All confirmed bookings are subject to availability at the time of deposit receipt.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in the currency specified on your booking confirmation and are subject to change without notice until a deposit is received. Full payment is required no later than 30 days before the departure date unless otherwise stated in your booking documents. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is due immediately at the time of booking. Prices include only the services explicitly listed in the itinerary.
4. Travel Documents & Visas
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to hold a valid passport (with at least six months' validity beyond the return date), applicable visas, travel permits, and health documentation required for all destinations on their itinerary. Fly Global Tours may offer visa assistance as an optional service but accepts no liability for visa refusals or delays. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
5. Changes by the Traveller
Requests to amend a confirmed booking (dates, destination, passenger names, room type, etc.) must be submitted in writing. Amendment fees may apply depending on how close the change is made to the departure date and the policies of airlines, hotels, and other suppliers involved. Fly Global Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or the same pricing.
6. Changes by Fly Global Tours
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodation, or services due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, supplier changes, safety concerns, etc.). In such cases, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of the affected component. Fly Global Tours is not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of itinerary changes caused by third parties or events outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fly Global Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transfer operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any act, omission, or default by these independent suppliers. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking. We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
8. Health & Special Requirements
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate health for their chosen trip. Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, mobility limitations, or other special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking. Fly Global Tours will endeavour to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
9. Complaints
Any complaint arising during your trip must be reported immediately to the relevant supplier (hotel, airline, tour operator) and to Fly Global Tours by contacting info@flyglobaltours.com. Complaints submitted more than 30 days after the conclusion of your trip may not be investigated. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fly Global Tours is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Updates to These Terms
Fly Global Tours reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation governs your booking. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
